Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of Box Jam: Delivery Rush, a mobile puzzle game owned and provided by Linefeed Inc. By installing, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Use of the App
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store or platform from which you obtained the app. You are responsible for using the app lawfully and for maintaining your own device, operating system, storage, and network environment.
Restrictions
You must not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, bypass technical limits, exploit bugs, access non-public files or systems, use the app for unlawful purposes, or reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or redistribute the app except where applicable law expressly permits those activities despite this restriction.
License and Ownership
Linefeed Inc. grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app for personal entertainment. Linefeed Inc. and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the app, including gameplay implementation, visual design, levels, artwork, text, and related materials. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the app or its content to you.
Gameplay Progress and Virtual Items
The app may include local progress, coins, boosters, and upgrades. These items are part of gameplay only, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be sold, transferred, redeemed, refunded, or exchanged outside the app. Local progress may be lost if the app is deleted, device storage is cleared, the device fails, or the operating system removes app data.
Ads and In-App Purchases
The current release may include third-party ads and a non-consumable Remove Ads in-app purchase. Remove Ads disables banner and interstitial ads, while optional rewarded ads may remain available when the player chooses to watch one for an in-game benefit. The app does not include subscriptions, user accounts, online multiplayer, or online leaderboards. Store purchases are also governed by the applicable app store terms.
Updates and Availability
Linefeed Inc. may update, change, suspend, remove, or discontinue any part of the app at any time, with or without notice, where permitted by law. Updates may be required for compatibility, security, bug fixes, store compliance, or platform requirements. Linefeed Inc. does not guarantee that the app will remain available on every device, operating system version, app store, or region.
No Warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, Linefeed Inc. disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement. Linefeed Inc. does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from loss of progress.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Linefeed Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, device functionality, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to the app, even if Linefeed Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Linefeed Inc.'s total liability for all claims related to the app will not exceed the amount you paid to obtain the app, if any.
Legal Rights That Cannot Be Excluded
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, liability exclusions, or liability limits. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, consumer guarantees, or other rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Termination
Your license to use the app automatically ends if you materially breach these Terms. After termination, you must stop using the app and may need to delete it from your device. Sections intended to survive termination, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, liability limits, and app-store terms, will continue to apply.
App Store Terms
Your download and use of the app may also be governed by the rules and terms of the app store or platform where you obtained it. The app store may be responsible for distribution, updates, refunds, purchase records, and account-level support according to its own terms. If app-store terms conflict with these Terms, the app-store terms may apply where required.
Changes
Linefeed Inc. may update these Terms when the app, store requirements, platform requirements, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
