Common questions

The game did not save my progress.

Progress is stored locally on your device. Make sure the app has enough storage available and avoid clearing app data unless you intend to reset progress.

I want to reset my progress.

Use your device settings to clear the app's storage, or uninstall and reinstall the app. This removes local levels, coins, boosters, and preferences.

The Privacy, Terms, or Support button does not open.

Check your internet connection and default browser settings. If the app shows a missing link message, update to the latest release.

I purchased Remove Ads but still see ads.

Use Restore Purchases in Settings while signed in to the same app-store account. Remove Ads disables banner and interstitial ads; optional rewarded ads may still appear only when you choose to watch one for an in-game benefit.

I need a refund or purchase history.

Purchases, refunds, receipts, and payment history are handled by the app store where you downloaded the app. Use that store's purchase support path for account-level help.

I found a puzzle issue.

Use the official app-store support path if the listing provides one. Include the level number and a short description of the move sequence when that channel is available.
